The ideal candidate will be responsible for editing and enhancing a variety of video content, from brand films and digital campaigns to social-first assets while creating motion graphics that elevate the overall narrative. This role combines technical editing expertise with creative motion design to deliver visually compelling content across formats and platfor <strong>  ms. </strong></p><p> <br/></p><p> <strong>  Key Responsibilities </strong></p><p> <br/></p><p> Editing &amp; Post-Production</p><ul> <li>  Edit brand films, digital ads, social media videos, and promotional content as per creative briefs and brand guidelines. </li> <li>  Craft compelling visual narratives through editing, music, pacing, and storytelling. </li> <li>  Integrate music, voiceovers, sound effects, and sound design to enhance content quality. </li> <li>  Ensure all deliverables meet platform-specific requirements (Instagram, YouTube, OTT, etc.). </li></ul><p> <br/></p><p> Motion Graphics &amp; Design</p><ul> <li>  Create and animate motion graphics, typography, transitions, and infographics using Adobe After Effects. </li> <li>  Design logo animations, intros, lower-thirds, and branded visual assets. </li> <li>  Incorporate 2D animation and basic 3D elements where required. </li> <li>  Maintain consistency in visual style, color, and branding across projects. </li></ul><p> <br/></p><p> Collaboration &amp; Workflow</p><ul> <li>  Work closely with creative directors, producers, and designers to execute concepts effectively. </li> <li>  Interpret creative briefs and apply strong visual storytelling principles. </li> <li>  Incorporate feedback efficiently while maintaining quality standards. </li> <li>  Manage project timelines and maintain organized project files and assets. </li></ul><p> <br/></p><p> Creative Contribution</p><ul> <li>  Contribute ideas during brainstorming and creative discussions. </li> <li>  Stay updated with industry trends, editing styles, and emerging motion design techniques. </li> <li>  Support the team in developing innovative content for brands and digital campaigns. </li></ul><p> <br/></p><p> Required Skills &amp;
