\n Dentsu Podcast Network is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our growing content team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for editing podcast episodes and related digital content, ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple platforms. The role requires close collaboration with producers, senior editors, and the content team to bring engaging conversations to life through compelling visual storytelling\n

\n\n \n Key Responsibilities\n \n
\n\n
\n
\n * Edit long-form podcast episodes for YouTube and other video platforms.\n
\n\n * Create short-form content, reels, teasers, and promotional cuts from podcast episodes.\n
\n\n * Sync and clean audio, ensuring clear and professional-quality output.\n
\n\n * Add graphics, lower thirds, subtitles, transitions, and branding elements as per project requirements.\n
\n\n * Collaborate with producers to understand creative briefs and episode objectives.\n
\n\n * Coordinate with senior editors and team members to ensure timely project delivery.\n
\n\n * Organize and manage project files, footage, assets, and exports.\n
\n\n * Implement feedback and revisions efficiently while maintaining quality standards.\n
\n\n * Ensure all deliverables meet Dentsu Podcast Network’s visual and technical guidelines.\n
\n\n

\n \n Required Skills & Qualifications\n \n
\n\n * 2-4 years of professional video editing experience.\n
\n\n * Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.\n
\n\n * Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Adobe Audition.\n
\n\n * Experience editing multi-camera interviews, podcasts, or conversational content.\n
\n\n * Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and content retention techniques.\n
\n\n * Knowledge of video formats, codecs, export settings, and platform-specific requirements.\n
\n\n * Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.\n
\n\n * Strong communication and teamwork skills.\n
\n\n * Experience in podcast editing or digital content production.\n
\n\n * Basic motion graphics and animationskills.\n
\n\n * Experience creating content optimized for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.\n
\n\n * Familiarity with AI-powered editing and captioning tools.\n
\n\n
