This role is part of the Retail Technology team within the lululemon technology organization. lululemon Engineering is dedicated to building secure, reliable, and performant products for our guests and partners. As Technology Manager, you will work as part of a global team supported by our business, engineering and architecture partners to help us collaboratively develop and deliver industry leading technology solutions that drive lululemon’s business goals.
A day in the life:
We are seeking a hands-on Technology Manager to lead multiple mobile application programs focused on improving Educator and Guest experiences in our stores. This role blends strong technical depth with people leadership, owning end-to-end delivery of high-quality mobile solutions across iOS, backend services, DevOps, quality, and performance engineering. Familiarity with using AI to enhance the SDLC and address business priorities is a good- to-have.
You will partner closely with Tech and product stakeholders across regions to understand priorities and translate requirements into actionable work, delivering scalable, secure, and high- Performing mobile applications while building and developing high impact engineering teams.
