About the Role:
As a Talent Sourcing Specialist, you’ll be at the front end of the hiring process—partnering with onshore recruiters to identify, engage and qualify talent for roles across Australia and New Zealand. Your focus is on building strong pipelines and uncovering talent in competitive markets, particularly across engineering, manufacturing and corporate functions.
This is not an end-to-end recruitment role. You won’t be managing offers or stakeholders through the full process. Instead, you’ll specialise in what you do best: searching, engaging and shortlisting high-quality candidates.
