\n Role : T24 Transact SRE Engineer\n
\n\n Exp level: 5 to 9 years in T24 Transact SRE\n
\n\n Location : Chennai, Bangalore (WFO hybrid mode 3 days every week)\n
\n\n Notice period : Max 45 days\n

\n\n Overall 8+ years of experience as SRE and relevant 5+ years in Transact SRE\n
\n\n Strong experience working on Temenos Transact (T24) platforms\n
\n\n Hands?on experience in:\n
\n\n Scalability and reliability testing, Logging and monitoring frameworks\n
\n\n Authentication and authorization mechanisms, Cybersecurity controls and security hardening\n
\n\n Experience implementing:\n
\n\n Data encryption ,Data anonymization/masking\n
\n\n Strong understanding of production support and reliability engineering principles\n
\n\n

\n \n Responsibilities:\n \n
\n\n Reliability & Scalability:\n
\n\n Design and execute scalability, performance, and reliability testing for Transact environments\n
\n\n Identify system bottlenecks and recommend architectural and configuration improvements\n
\n\n Support high?availability, disaster recovery, and resilience strategies\n
\n\n Define and monitor SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs for Transact services\n
\n\n
\n
\n Security & Data Protection:\n
\n\n Implement and validate data encryption mechanisms (at rest and in transit)\n
\n\n Design and support data anonymization/masking solutions for non?production environments\n
\n\n Ensure compliance with internal security standards and regulatory requirements\n
\n\n Implement and maintain authentication and authorization controls\n
\n\n Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to implement cybersecurity controls, vulnerability remediation, and security hardening\n
\n\n
\n
\n Monitoring, Logging & Observability:\n
\n\n Design and maintain logging and monitoring frameworks for Transact applications\n
\n\n Enable proactive alerting, incident detection, and root cause analysis\n
\n\n Improve system observability to support faster incident resolution and reduced MTTR\n
\n\n Support production readiness and operational reviews\n
\n\n
\n
\n Operational Excellence:\n
\n\n Support production issues with a focus on automation, prevention, and reliability improvement\n
\n\n Participate in incident management, post?incident reviews, and reliability improvements\n
\n\n Drive automation for monitoring, testing, and operational tasks\n
\n\n Work closely with developers to ensure SRE best practices are embedded in the SDLC\n
