Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Business Manager to oversee operations, drive business growth, and support strategic initiatives. The role involves working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to improve performance, manage key projects, and ensure business objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities

Drive business planning, execution, and performance tracking against targets

Support leadership in defining and executing strategic initiatives

Manage end-to-end business operations, processes, and governance

Analyze business data and prepare insights, reports, and presentations for stakeholders

Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, HR, Finance, Operations, Product) to ensure alignment

Identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities and propose solutions

Own key programs/projects from planning to delivery

Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization efforts

Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and trends

Strong ownership and execution focus

Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field

MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree preferred

4–8 years of experience in business management, operations, consulting, or strategy roles

Preferred Experience

Experience working with senior leadership

Exposure to large-scale programs, transformations, or growth initiatives

Prior experience in corporate, consulting, or startup environments
