About the Role:
The Staff Salesforce Engineer is a senior technical leadership role responsible for solution design, development execution, and technical direction across the Salesforce platform. This role serves as a hands-on technical lead, partnering closely with Product Owners, Architects, Integration teams, and Commercial stakeholders to deliver enterprise-grade solutions using modern Salesforce technologies, including Service Cloud, Health Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud Engagement, and Data 360.
In addition to deep hands-on development responsibilities, the Lead Salesforce Developer provides technical guidance and mentorship to other developers, ensures adherence to platform and architectural standards, and helps drive best practices across development, DevOps, and integration patterns in a regulated, global environment.
