About the Rol:
This role is critical for managing the Agile team backlog to ensure alignment with HR Service Delivery (HRSD) product priorities and operational excellence. It involves defining, refining, and prioritizing user stories while maintaining the technical integrity of features across our Agile team focused on HRSD, Employee Center, and related ServiceNow HR capabilities. The Product Owner serves as the primary liaison between development teams and HR stakeholders to clarify requirements, drive sprint execution, and ensure delivered capabilities advance the organization’s HR service experience, case management quality, and employee self-service goals.
Success is measured by the quality and readiness of user stories, sprint velocity, HR case resolution improvements, employee satisfaction scores, and effective coordination of cross-platform dependencies. The work directly impacts the employee experience, the effectiveness of HR service delivery automation, and the overall productivity of Agile teams within the HR Technology organization.
HRSD Core (HR Service Delivery):
HR case and knowledge management configuration and lifecycle governance; HR service catalog design, service request fulfillment, and SLA management; Employee Center and Employee Center Pro portal design and content governance; lifecycle events (onboarding, offboarding, transfers, leaves of absence); HR document management and e-signature integrations; integration with HR systems of record including Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and Active Directory.
Advanced HR Capabilities:
COE (Center of Excellence) configuration and HR shared services model support; international and multi-country HR service configuration including routing rules, security visibility tiers, and localization; skills and career development module enablement; guided journeys and HR chatbot / Virtual Agent configuration; reporting, analytics, and HR dashboard governance within ServiceNow.
