About the Role:
The Manager, Systems Architecture leads a team of engineers responsible for designing, implementing, and operating enterprise-scale Databases (Oracle, Sqlserver, MySQL, Postgess / NoSQL) that support T-Mobile’s application platforms. This role provides both strategic and operational leadership to ensure that systems are secure, reliable, and automated at scale. The Manager partners closely with senior technical leaders and business stakeholders to define platform strategy, optimize processes, and deliver innovative solutions that align with T-Mobile’s goals.
The Manager, Systems Architecture will oversee a team of engineers and senior engineers, providing guidance on automation, patching, and systems management across various database environments / platforms. This leader is responsible for talent development, performance management, and ensuring technical excellence within the team.
