Preferred Qualifications – Education &amp; Prior Job Experience &nbsp;</li><li>Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training&nbsp;</li><li>Airline Industry experience</li></ul><p><strong>Skills, Licenses, and Certifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Configure and maintain Dynatrace monitoring solutions across applications, servers, cloud, and infrastructure.</li><li>Create dashboards, alerts, management zones, and monitoring policies.</li><li>Monitor application performance, availability, and system health.</li><li>Perform incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis (RCA).</li><li>Analyze logs, metrics, traces, and events for issue resolution.</li><li>Support production systems to ensure high availability and reliability.</li><li>Implement synthetic monitoring and real user monitoring (RUM).</li><li>Define and maintain SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs.</li><li>Automate operational and monitoring tasks using scripting tools.</li><li>Monitor cloud and container platforms including Kubernetes and Docker.</li><li>Collaborate with DevOps, Infrastructure, and Application teams for deployment and performance optimization.</li><li>Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, and system optimization.</li><li>Integrate Dynatrace with CI/CD pipelines and ITSM tools.</li><li>Prepare operational reports, monitoring documentation, and RCA reports.</li><li>Ensure proactive monitoring and continuous improvement of platform reliability.</li></ul><p><strong>LANGUAGE / COMMUNICATION SKILLS:</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written with all levels within the organization</li><li>Physical ability necessary to safely and successfully perform the essential functions of the position, with or without any legally required reasonable accommodations that do not pose an undue hardship.
