The Senior Software Engineer will design, build, and operate highly reliable, scalable, and secure payment systems supporting end-to-end transaction lifecycles, including authorization, capture, settlement, and reconciliation. This role requires strong expertise in distributed systems, API and microservices development, and event-driven architectures, with a deep understanding of financial transaction processing, emphasizing data consistency, resiliency, and regulatory compliance. The engineer will collaborate closely with partners, product, business, and operations teams to deliver seamless, secure, and high-performing payment experiences across multiple channels. The role demands ownership of systems that meet stringent availability and latency requirements, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of mission-critical financial transactions.
