About the Role:
As a Senior Engineer – Site Reliability, you will ensure the reliability and resilience of the digital infrastructure that supports efficient software development and deployment across T-Mobile. You will identify reliability risks and implement preventive measures, automate processes to accelerate delivery while minimizing manual intervention, and lead root cause analysis to prevent incident recurrence. You will bring deep expertise in programming, scripting, incident response management, and cloud-native tooling to keep systems robust and high-performing. Success is measured by system stability, incident reduction, and continuous improvement in operational efficiency. You will also apply AI coding tools, prompt engineering, and agentic patterns as a core part of your day-to-day SRE workflows — going beyond prototypes to production-grade use.
