administration.</li><li>Solid skills in both Linux (RHEL/SUSE) and Windows Server operating systems.</li><li>Proven ability to work autonomously: plan initiatives, manage timelines, and deliver results with minimal supervision.</li><li>Strong communication skills to report status, risks, and proposals to diverse stakeholders.</li><li>English: Professional working proficiency (B2 minimum, C1 preferred) — required for daily communication across global teams.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><h2>Nice to Have</h2><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Experience with IBM Db2 administration.</li><li>Familiarity with
