This role is pivotal in driving and leading standardization initiatives across various transmission utilities and providing end-to-end technical support across multiple phases – from requirement gathering to post-sales execution.</p><br/><br/><h3> Key Responsibilities:</h3><br/><ul> <br/> <li>  Lead initiatives to standardize control and protection system architectures across transmission utilities in India. </li> <br/> <li>  Collaborate with stakeholders including CTU, STUs, and private transmission developers to align common protection philosophies and technical specifications. </li> <br/> <li>  Develop and maintain standard design templates, technical guidelines, and documentation for protection schemes. </li> <br/> <li>  Conduct technical meetings and discussions to promote adoption of standardized practices across utilities. </li> <br/> <li>  Standardization with utilities and vendors to ensure optimization in cost and project execution timelines. </li> <br/> <li>  Evaluate and recommend best-in-class technologies and practices for future-ready grid protection systems. </li> <br/> <li>  Support opportunity identification and technical proposal creation. </li> <br/> <li>  Evaluate and optimize technical offers. </li> <br/> <li>  Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Execution teams for smooth project delivery. </li> <br/> <li>  Provide technical support during execution (engineering, configuration, and commissioning). </li> <br/> <li>  Support demos and Proof of Concepts (PoC) for prospective customers. </li> <br/></ul><br/><br/><h3> Required Qualifications &amp;
