Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate within an Agile Scrum team to develop enterprise energy management software and tools that monitors and controls industrial devices such as meters and circuit breakers.
  2. Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React.js and related technologies.
  3. Collaborate with UX designers and product owners to translate requirements into intuitive and visually appealing UI components.
  4. Implement state management solutions (e.g., Redux, Context API) for complex workflows and data handling.

Mandatory Skills:

  1. Proven experience in front-end development with strong expertise in React.js (including hooks and functional components).
  2. Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, jQuery, HTML5, and CSS3.
  3. Experience with state management libraries like Redux or Context API.
  4. Possess a full-stack development background with a strong understanding of server-side technologies (preferably .NET and C#), enabling seamless integration of front-end services with REST APIs.
  5. Strong understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
  6. Experience with Webpack, Babel, and other build tools.
  7. Knowledge of unit testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library).
  8. Solid understanding of UI/UX best practices and accessibility standards.
  9. Proven experience collaborating with developers, product owners, and application engineers within a SAFe/Agile framework.
  10. Demonstrated ability to articulate and justify UI design decisions to stakeholders.

Desirable Skills:

  1. Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for React applications.
  2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunication, Computer Science, or a related field.
  2. Approximately 8+ years of experience in developing software products within the Electrical, Industrial, Automotive, or Telecommunication domains.
