Knowledge of test strategy definition, scripting, and test automation best practices.</p><br/><h4> Test Automation &amp; CI/CD:</h4><br/><p> Hands-on proficiency in automated testing frameworks (e.g., PyTest, Robot Framework, Selenium), scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell), and integration of tests within CI/CD pipelines (GitLab preferred).</p><br/><h4> Test Infrastructure:</h4><br/><p> Experience designing and managing test platforms/environments, simulators, data sets, mocks, and stubs.</p><br/><h4> Dev Collaboration:</h4><br/><p> Experience working alongside developers in Agile/Lean methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). Promotes shift-left testing and active participation in quality initiatives.</p><br/><h4> Manual/Exploratory Test:</h4><br/><p> Ability to design traceable test plans, write and execute manual test cases, and document results clearly. Understanding of requirements-based and model-driven engineering environments is a plus.</p><br/><h4> Reporting &amp; Monitoring:</h4><br/><p> Comfortable with monitoring tools, tracking metrics/KPIs, managing test dashboards, and clear communication via Jira or similar tools.</p><br/><h4> Security Awareness:</h4><br/><p> Notions of cybersecurity in application and test environments; respect of secure coding and validation practices.</p><br/><h4> Environment &amp; Tools:</h4><br/><p> Experience with: Linux (mandatory); Jira, GitLab, CI/CD pipelines; Scripting in Python, Bash, or PowerShell; Test &amp; requirements management tools (Polarion, etc.), Kubernetes, Microservices architecture, REST APIs, Cloud environments.</p><br/><h4> International &amp; Cross-Cultural Collaboration:</h4><br/><p> Strong ability to work and communicate effectively in international, geographically distributed, and cross-cultural teams. Sensitivity to diverse cultures, collaborative mindset, and adaptability in global environments.</p><br/><h4> Mindset &amp; Soft Skills:</h4><br/><p> Autonomy, rigor, analytical skills, curiosity, communication, team spirit, results orientation, initiative, continuous improvement.
