Accountable for multiple large scale key results. </li> <br/> <li>  Lead and contribute to the development of company objectives and long term product strategy. </li> <br/> <li>  Lead a team of Software Engineers to ensure execution and unlock creativity. </li> <br/> <li>  Analyze, learn and extend product vision by collaborating with all stakeholders </li> <br/> <li>  Team up with Tech Leads, Architects and Product Management to design and develop features </li> <br/> <li>  Develop staff by coaching and facilitating career aspirations and providing growth opportunities </li> <br/> <li>  Provide leadership to achieve high standards of quality, security, scalability, user experience </li> <br/> <li>  Research and prototype new ideas, technologies and patterns relating to the task </li> <br/> <li>  Collaborate and partner closely with teams across the globe </li> <br/> <li>  Flexibility under changing conditions and the ability to multi-task between projects </li> <br/> <li>  Passionate about customer success </li> <br/> <li>  Hire, develop and mentor top engineering talent </li> <br/> <li>  Manage the unknowns and help teams manage through the uncertainties </li> <br/> <li>  Enhance engineering efficiency, observing the team, identifying opportunities, and influencing the improvement </li> <br/></ul><br/><h3> Minimum Qualifications</h3><br/><ul> <br/> <li>  Bachelorâs degree in any Engineering discipline from reputed engineering college </li> <br/> <li>  10+ years of hands-on experience in the industry involving designing and developing complex applications and services </li> <br/> <li>  Should have a strong foundation in the .NET technology stack. </li> <br/> <li>  4+ years of experience in leading, mentoring, and managing development teams, or other similar leadership roles (managing cross-functional team members from Software Engineers to Principal Engineers) </li> <br/></ul><br/><h3> Preferred Qualifications</h3><br/><ul> <br/> <li>  Working knowledge of UML, software design patterns, distributed systems, resiliency and security </li> <br/> <li>  Familiarity with the software development process, including specification, quality assurance, and documentation </li> <br/> <li>  Able to manage a product using Agile/Scrum </li> <br/> <li>  Experience in hiring key talent and setting up teams for success. </li> <br/> <li>  Experience working with product management on goals alignment and risks measurement </li> <br/> <li>  Excellent communication skills with the ability to represent complex topics effectively for a variety of audiences.
