Team Overview
The Subscriptions team is responsible for the platform and experiences related to ongoing subscriptions at Best Buy. These platforms and experiences allow our customers to sign up for paid memberships, digital subscriptions, and protection plans through Best Buy - in store or online. Our goal is to create a single-trusted place for our customers to continue managing their relationship for these recurring purchases.
The Digital Currencies team inspires loyalty among our best customers and encourages building stronger, deeper relationships with them through rewards such as points and certificates. This team is responsible for the platform and experiences that enable customers to sign up for promotional offers, get reward certificates, and manage their card member benefits.
