This role ensures stability, usability, and ongoing improvement of ServiceNow by managing configurations, workflows, and integrations. The ServiceNow administrator works closely with IT and business stakeholders to enhance automation, streamline processes, and maintain system integrity. They also contribute to governance, security, and best practices for the platform while providing technical support and documentation. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical abilities to solve complex problems, a willingness to learn new technologies and tools if necessary and be comfortable supporting the needs of multiple teams, stakeholders, and products.
