model objects, and embedded business logic </li> <br/> <li>  Configure and support Core HCM, including business processes, job profiles, position management, worker data, and lifecycle events </li> <br/> <li>  Manage Benefits configuration including eligibility, open enrollment, life events, carrier feeds, and vendor integrations </li> <br/> <li>  Support payroll integrations, payment elections, banking configurations, and global payroll processing </li> <br/> <li>  Configure organizational structures such as legal entities, companies, cost centers, pay groups, and supervisory organizations </li> <br/> <li>  Maintain and audit Workday security roles, domain policies, and business process security </li> <br/> <li>  Build advanced reports, dashboards, matrix reports, and complex calculated fields </li> <br/> <li>  Support biannual Workday releases, including impact analysis, testing, and enhancements </li> <br/> <li>  Troubleshoot complex system and integration issues while ensuring
