The person in this role will work closely with customer service and other IT resources in the course of application development and troubleshooting.</p><p><strong>Work Location: sales and operations teams</li><li>Maintaining and updating technical documentation for SMS</li><li>Take functional or business requirements and create technical specifications</li><li>Create working code from technical specifications</li><li>Unit testing and system testing code before release to user testing</li><li>Perform and participate in code reviews with peers</li><li>Assist support team in troubleshooting issues as needed</li><li>Oversee deployment of application to production environments and support other system activities</li></ul><p><strong>What Makes You Stand
