This modern approach allows for increased agility and the replacement of outdated, less flexible internal deployment systems.<br/><br/><h3> Responsibilities:</h3><br/><ul> <br/> <li>  Design, develop, deploy, test, maintain, and enhance features and functionality of the CloudOS platform </li> <br/> <li>  Oversee and manage the infrastructure supporting CloudOS, ensuring reliability, scalability, security, and cost optimization using technologies like Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, and GCP </li> <br/> <li>  Lead the management and operation of large-scale Kubernetes clusters, ensuring high availability, performance, and adherence to best practices across multiple environments. Own and execute cluster patching, upgrades, and vulnerability remediation processes, driving compliance, security hardening, and continuous improvement of platform resilience. </li> <br/> <li>  Develop and maintain automation for cluster lifecycle management, security scanning, policy enforcement, and observability to streamline operations and enhance platform reliability. </li> <br/> <li>  Develop automation scripts for provisioning, deployment, monitoring, and operational tasks using languages such as Python, Go, or Java and Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform </li> <br/> <li>  Collaborate with internal engineering teams to understand their CI/CD needs, provide support, troubleshoot issues, and promote best practices for utilizing CloudOS </li> <br/> <li>  Implement, manage, and optimize monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to maintain platform health and performance </li> <br/> <li>  Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team and among platform users </li> <br/> <li>  Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in CI/CD, cloud-native technologies, DevOps, and platform engineering </li> <br/> <li>  Participate in an on-call rotation to provide support for the CloudOS platform </li> <br/></ul><br/><br/><h3> Minimum Qualifications:</h3><br/><ul> <br/> <li>  Bachelorâs degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 to 8 years in a Platform Engineering </li> <br/> <li>  Experience working with at least one major public cloud provider (AWS, Azure) </li> <br/> <li>  Proficiency in scripting and/or programming languages (e.g., Python, Go, Java) </li> <br/> <li>  Hands-on experience with containerisation (Docker) and container orchestration (Kubernetes) </li> <br/> <li>  Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation </li> <br/> <li>  Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, Datadog, ELK Stack) </li> <br/> <li>  Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills </li> <br/> <li>  Excellent communication and collaboration skills </li>
