identity architecture</strong>, integrated with on?premises Active Directory.</li><li>Lead engineering and operations for directory services including identity synchronization, federation, and authentication flows.</li><li>Drive platform scalability, resilience, and modernization of enterprise identity services.</li></ul><p><strong>Security & Directory Hardening</strong></p><ul><li>Secure and harden directory services by implementing <strong>Zero Trust identity principles</strong>, least privilege access, and tiered administrative models.</li><li>Define and enforce identity security baselines, privileged access controls, and continuous monitoring.</li><li>Reduce identity attack surface and manage risk across hybrid identity environments.</li></ul><p><strong>Authentication & MFA Services</strong></p><ul><li>Deliver and operate <strong>enterprise authentication services</strong>, including modern authentication and legacy protocol management.</li><li>Design, deploy, and optimize <strong>Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)</strong> and passwordless authentication solutions using Microsoft Entra.</li><li>Enforce <strong>strong authentication policies</strong> using conditional access, risk-based controls, and device trust signals.</li></ul><p><strong>Zero Trust Integration</strong></p><ul><li>Integrate Entra ID authentication and authorization with a broader <strong>Zero Trust architecture</strong>.</li><li>Ensure continuous verification based on user, device, location, and risk context.</li><li>Partner with security and platform teams to embed identity as the control plane for Zero Trust.</li></ul><p><strong>Engineering & Automation Focus</strong></p><ul><li>Promote an <strong>engineering-first mindset</strong> across IAM operations, emphasizing reliability, automation, and platform thinking.</li><li>Drive Infrastructure-as-Code, automation, and self-service identity capabilities to reduce manual operations.</li><li>Define and track service health metrics such as availability, authentication success rates, and latency.</li></ul><p><strong>Leadership & Operations</strong></p><ul><li>Lead and mentor IAM engineering and operations teams, setting technical standards and best practices.</li><li>Own operational readiness, incident response, and continuous improvement for identity and authentication services.</li><li>Collaborate with application, security, and infrastructure teams to enable secure enterprise access at scale.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Required Skills & Experience</strong></p><ul><li>15+ years of experience in <strong>Identity & Access Management</strong>, with deep expertise in <strong>Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)</strong>.</li><li>Strong hands-on experience in <strong>hybrid identity environments</strong> (Entra ID + on?prem Active Directory).</li><li>Proven experience delivering <strong>authentication, MFA, and strong access control solutions</strong> at enterprise scale.</li><li>Deep understanding of <strong>Zero Trust identity and conditional access architectures</strong>.</li><li>Strong background in directory security, identity hardening, and privileged access management.</li><li>Demonstrated <strong>engineering mindset</strong> with focus on automation, reliability, and large-scale platform operations.</li><li>Proven people leadership experience
