Taxonomy</strong></h4><ul><li>Design and build a structured taxonomy for domain knowledge</li><li>Convert unstructured knowledge from Helpjuice and internal systems into structured, machine-readable formats</li><li>Ensure the knowledge platform accurately reflects evolving products, variants, and attributes across brands and regions</li><li>Design and evolve data models that capture complex, highly connected relationships, leveraging relational, document, or graph-based data models where appropriate</li></ul><h4><strong>Knowledge Lifecycle Management</strong></h4><ul><li>Build systems to support the <strong>full lifecycle of knowledge</strong>, including creation, review, updates, and deprecation.</li><li>Implement mechanisms to track knowledge freshness (e.g., last updated timestamps, confidence levels)</li><li>Automatically flag content that requires review or validation</li><li>Prevent knowledge obsolescence through automated review and update workflows</li></ul><h4><strong>Automation &amp;
