The role ensures accuracy in books of accounts, supports audits, and drives process efficiency through continuous improvement and automation.</p><p></p><p> <span>  <strong>   Your Impact OR Responsibilities:  </strong> </span></p><p></p><h3> <span>  <strong>   1. Month-End Close &amp; Accounting  </strong> </span></h3><ul> <li>  Execute end-to-end month-end closing activities (P&amp;L and Balance Sheet) </li> <li>  Post and review journal entries including:  <ul>   <li>    Accruals, prepayments, provisions   </li>   <li>    Depreciation and adjustments   </li>   <li>    Intercompany transactions   </li>  </ul> </li> <li>  Ensure timely, accurate, and complete financial close </li></ul><h3> <span>  <strong>   2. Financial Reporting &amp; Analysis  </strong> </span></h3><ul> <li>  Prepare monthly profit &amp; loss statements and supporting schedules </li> <li>  Perform variance analysis (Actual vs Prior/Plan) </li> <li>  Generate MIS reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders </li></ul><h3> <span>  <strong>   3. Balance Sheet Management  </strong> </span></h3><ul> <li>  Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations </li> <li>  Track and resolve open items / aging balances </li> <li>  Ensure all accounts are audit-ready with proper documentation </li></ul><h3> <span>  <strong>   4. Books Review and Controls  </strong> </span></h3><ul> <li>  Perform detailed review of books of accounts </li> <li>  Identify discrepancies and drive corrective actions </li> <li>  Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies </li></ul><h3> <span>  <strong>   5. Intercompany Accounting  </strong> </span></h3><ul> <li>  Manage intercompany bookings, reconciliations, and settlements </li> <li>  Ensure accurate and timely elimination of intercompany balances </li></ul><h3> <span>  <strong>   6. Audit &amp; Compliance Support  </strong> </span></h3><ul> <li>  Support internal, statutory, and external audits </li> <li>  Provide schedules, reconciliations, and audit responses </li> <li>  Ensure compliance with tax requirements (GST, TDS, etc.) </li></ul><h3> <span>  <strong>   7. Cross-Functional Coordination  </strong> </span></h3><ul> <li>  Collaborate with FP&amp;A, Payroll, Procurement, and Business teams </li> <li>  Support cost allocation, reclassification, and reporting queries </li> <li>  Handle stakeholder queries efficiently </li></ul><h3> <span>  <strong>   8.
