The Senior Accountant, Lease Accounting role supports the operational lease accounting function to ensure complete and accurate financial close, internal, and external reporting, and the end-to-end lease cycle.
This position will help to ensure that the lease accounting policy (in accordance with US GAAP ASC 842) is executed and documented, along with appropriate governance, controls, and segregation of duties. This role is highly collaborative and highly visible given the lease accounting risk to the financial statements and important stakeholders (lease admin / legal, accounts payable, financial reporting, corporate accounting, FP&A, Treasury, Tax, etc.).
Additionally, this role will partner with other functional teams, creating efficiency, automation, and standardization over the end-to-end process.
