Runs daily scrums, collaborates on requirement documentation, and unblocks barriers to keep the team moving. Coaches and collaborates with cross-functional teams, Product Owners, and other Scrum Masters to foster decision-making and continuous improvement. Demonstrates strong leadership abilities and guides the development of agile capabilities in the Global Technology organization and across Marriott’s portfolio of products.
