The role involves managing incidents, analyzing recurring issues, ensuring system stability, and driving enhancements to improve planning and scheduling efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, client stakeholders, and offshore resources to deliver consistent, high-quality support services.</p><p> <br/></p><p> <strong>  Key Responsibilities </strong></p><ul> <li>  Provide  <strong>   day-to-day production support  </strong>  for SAP PPDS processes, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of incidents. </li> <li>  Monitor and maintain the stability of  <strong>   planning and scheduling processes  </strong>  , ensuring smooth execution of heuristics, planning runs, and order scheduling. </li> <li>  Handle  <strong>   service requests, change requests, and enhancements  </strong>  in coordination with technical and business teams. </li> <li>  Collaborate with  <strong>   integration modules  </strong>  such as MM, SD, PP, QM, and APO SNP to resolve cross-functional issues. </li> <li>  Support  <strong>   CIF integration  </strong>  between ECC/S4 and APO/PPDS systems, ensuring data consistency for master data and transactional objects. </li> <li>  Work with business users to understand issues, document requirements, and propose functional solutions aligned with business needs. </li> <li>  Participate in  <strong>   release cycles, regression testing, and deployment activities  </strong>  to ensure smooth delivery of system changes. </li> <li>  Create and maintain  <strong>   knowledge base articles, SOPs, and playbooks  </strong>  for repetitive or known issues to drive process efficiency. </li> <li>  Ensure compliance with  <strong>   incident management SLAs  </strong>  and proactively communicate status updates to stakeholders. </li> <li>  Collaborate with global teams to ensure 24x7 system availability and continuous improvement initiatives. </li></ul><p> <br/></p><p> <strong>  Required Skills &amp;
