\n · KPMG India is hiring for 8 to 10 years of experience as SAP PP Manager.\n
\n\n · Minimum 4 End to End implementations with at least one on to S/4 HANA.\n
\n\n · Understanding of MRP & MTO, and MTS scenarios both for Repetitive and Discreate manufacturing\n
\n\n · Participate in requirements gathering discussions with clients and clearly document the business requirements and perform fit-gap analysis\n
\n\n · Document and perform functional testing to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the solution\n
\n\n · Provide training support to end users on SAP PP module\n
\n\n · Proven ability to configure SAP solutions and experience with planning and participating in SAP blueprinting and design discussions\n
\n\n · Good analytical skills with ability to comprehend and analyze complex business requirements and able to provide the right solutions to the client\n
\n\n · Demonstrate excellent communication skills, with the ability to discuss and explain complex solutions\n
\n\n · Self-motivated in learning new concepts and willing to share knowledge and skills with other team members\n
\n\n · Experience in Global template implementation and rollout will be added advantage\n
\n\n Roles and responsibilities:\n
\n\n · Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP PP\n
\n\n · Having good experience in Presales.\n
\n\n · Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements\n
\n\n · Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements\n
\n\n · Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.\n
\n\n · Design, customize, configure, and testing of PP\n
\n\n · Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.\n
\n\n · Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems.\n
\n\n · Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high-priority issues.\n
\n\n · Document functional designs, test cases, and results.\n
\n\n · Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements\n
\n\n · Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects\n
\n\n · Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.\n
\n\n · Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required\n
