The business analyst may act as a project manager of production systems development projects as required.</p><p><strong>What are the primary responsibilities of the Role?</strong></p><p>The Sales &amp; Distribution Business Analyst is accountable for:</p><ul><li>The effective delivery of professional solutions based upon requirements gathered from the end customer</li><li>Collaborating with internal resources and external vendors to provide solutions that will maintain or enhance the clients' ERP systems</li><li>Participate in project planning and implementation phases</li><li>Maintaining documentation pertaining to functional solutions written in a professional manner</li><li>Give end users assistance and training on SAP S&amp;D features. Documenting final solutions at a level that the client can comprehend and become comfortable with</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve daily support issues and requests efficiently, minimizing the number of tickets.</li><li>Assisting management where possible to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction and morale within the incumbent's team</li><li>Stay updated on new features and best practices in SAP.</li></ul><p><strong>Experience &amp; Qualifications:</strong></p><p><strong>Mandatory (critical for the Role)</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, business administration, finance, or a related field.</li><li>Firsthand SAP Sales and Distribution support and development solutions within specified SLA’s</li><li>Knowledge/awareness of commercial &amp;
