Job Description:


• Hands-on experience with the Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) platform, including OmniStudio components such as OmniScript, FlexCards, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, Calculation Procedures, Calculation Matrices and the Vlocity data model. Proven ability to integrate seamlessly with core Salesforce Sales Cloud and leverage the Vlocity ecosystem.


• In-depth expertise in Salesforce Industries CPQ, Order Management (OM), Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC).


• Familiarity with the Communications, Media & Energy (CME) package within Salesforce Industries is highly desirable.


• Ability to architect scalable CPQ solutions: applying pricing and discounting engines, Business rule engine, caching strategies, and Calculation Procedures/Matrices for high-volume Account to Order generation


• Knowledge of deployment and packaging strategies for Vlocity (Unlocked Packages, Org-shape, Metadata API) to streamline CI/CD pipelines and multi-org roll-outs.


• Deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and the core Salesforce platform.


• Proven track record designing solutions and writing complex code in environments where Salesforce Sales Cloud and Vlocity coexist, ensuring robust architecture and high-quality deliverables.


• Design, develop, and maintain Apex classes, LWC components, triggers, batch jobs, and Vlocity elements.


• Implement API integrations using REST endpoints and publish/subscribe patterns via Platform Events.


• Collaborate on release planning, effort estimation, and definition of technical strategies, conduct code reviews and ensure strict adherence to Salesforce development best practices with security configurations, and governor-limit optimizations.


• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and processes—GitHub, Azure DevOps, Copado, Salesforce DX, and Git-based deployments.
