Design Governance </strong></p><p> Run discovery and due diligence; validate readiness, controls, and process stability.</p><p> Ensure creation and sign-off of PDD/SDD, SOPs, and test strategy; drive standard patterns and reusable components.</p><p> Use AI tools to automate requirement gathering</p><p> <strong>  Delivery Management </strong></p><p> Plan, execute, and track projects using Agile/Scrum or hybrid methodologies (backlog, sprint goals, velocity).</p><p> Coordinate BA, Developers, Testers, Architects, and Production Support; remove blockers and manage dependencies.</p><p> Enforce SDLC, CI/CD, code reviews, and quality gates; ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with first-time-right quality.</p><p> <strong>  Technical Platform &amp; Environments </strong></p><p> Oversee UiPath Orchestrator/Automation Cloud, Studio, Test Suite environments, credentials, and non-prod/prod segregation.</p><p> Coordinate infra provisioning (VMs, queues, storage), access via AD/SSO, secrets, and network integrations (APIs, databases, SAP, web).</p><p> Working knowledge in Agentic AI and GenAI</p><p> <strong>  Stakeholder &amp;
