Team Leadership</strong></p><ul><li>Build and scale the RCM function, including organizational design, hiring, onboarding, workforce planning, and capability development.</li><li>Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.</li><li>Establish service delivery models, operational controls, and governance frameworks to support long-term growth.</li></ul><p><strong>Operational Excellence &amp;
