About the Role:
The Retail Support Technician will serve as the primary technical support resource for Rhone’s retail store locations, ensuring store teams receive fast and reliable assistance to keep operations running smoothly. This role focuses heavily on supporting POS systems, store hardware, in-store networking, and technology used in day-to-day retail operations. While retail support is the core responsibility, the technician will also assist with corporate and remote IT needs when required.
This is an excellent role for someone who enjoys problem-solving, delivering exceptional service, and growing their skills within retail technology.
