Guide architecture, code reviews, test strategy, and collaborate with engineering teams to improve testability, observability, and defect prevention while championing QE Center of Excellence (CoE) practices.</li></ul><p><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration</strong></p><ul><li>Partner with product, engineering, and platform teams to align quality goals, communicate risks and metrics, and improve end-to-end delivery quality.</li></ul><p><strong>Metrics &amp; Continuous Improvement</strong></p><ul><li>Define and track quality KPIs, including automation coverage, defect trends, release readiness, and pipeline health.
