We’re looking for a Quality Engineering Lead who intuitively understands how store systems behave in the real world—long before code reaches a register. When promotions change, payment devices are updated, or a new mobile workflow rolls out, you’re already thinking through edge cases, failure modes, and operational risks.
In this role, you’ll own release quality and production readiness across POS and store systems. You’ll define test scope and standards, strengthen automation and CI/CD feedback loops, and ensure every deployment is ready for real store conditions—peak traffic, limited connectivity, device quirks, and critical checkout moments.
This isn’t a traditional sign off role. Your impact comes from elevating quality across teams—coaching engineers to think earlier about risk, automate where it matters most, and use data and observability to learn quickly and continuously improve.
