You will become part of a team of QA engineers developing, implementing, and automating quality processes to ensure products meet specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery. The ideal candidate is an exceptionally organized, methodical professional with both agile and software development experience necessary to take our products to the next level with respect to defect rates, automation, and performance.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Build tools and tests that help create customer experiences that delight our customers.</li><li>Develops and maintains functional test cases, System &amp; Integration Test cases and test artifacts like test data, test cases and automated scripts used in SDLC</li><li>Executes manual and automated test cases that validate the functionalities, code quality and reports test results, following all formal test architectures and project processes</li><li>Track metrics (e.g., velocity, code quality, defect density across all phases, code review metrics, testing metrics) for each sprint, report the same to the management</li><li>Documents result of testing, including expected behavior, actual behavior, and detailed steps to reproduce any defects.</li><li>Provides quality sign-off to project teams and executes testing duties as assigned.</li><li>Configures QA performance/load test design and execution to ensure high performance software environment under load.</li><li>Incorporates client usage and feedback into test scripts to mimic the end user behavior in QA.</li><li>Diagnose problems and report bugs and enhancements to the Agile squad.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in STEM or related function is required.</li><li>3+ years of application testing experience.</li><li>Experienced with use case generation, manual testing, and bug lifecycle management</li><li>Understanding of Relational database models (Relational/ Document based) and experience with GUI tools to interact with them (Working knowledge of SQL)</li><li>Experience working in an Agile environment</li><li>Exposure to using bug tracking and test case management tools (JIRA, Azure TFS, Git)</li><li>Experience testing and working with multi browser and mobile device systems</li><li>Good customer empathy</li><li>Can-do attitude</li><li>Excellent written and communication skills</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Passionate about building amazing products</li><li>Strong analysis and autonomous problem discovery and solving skills.</li><li>Experience in C#, JUnit/TestNG, Jenkins, Playwright, Selenium, SoapUI.</li><li>Experience in creating Playwright, Selenium, REST API, Junit test automation</li><li>Experienced with API testing (JSON, REST), using tools such as Postman and JMeter (performance testing, and writing scripts)</li></ul><p><strong>Nice to Have:</strong></p><ul><li>Experienced AI tools like Cursor or Copilot to create automation
