\n As Project Manager - PM, you will be responsible for the complete project scheduling, monitoring\n
\n\n and project management from the 10%-100% stage, ensuring that the project is executed by\n
\n\n various vendors as per the design inputs and on time.\n

\n \n Responsibilities:\n \n
\n\n ? Coordinating with Vendors and Purchase Team to ensure works are completed timely on sites.\n
\n\n ? Make a detailed project schedule with dependencies and keep all stakeholders including the Client updated of advancements in the project.\n
\n\n ? Red flag delays and prepare catch up plans.\n
\n\n ? Prepare WPR (Weekly Progress Report) to be sent to the customers.\n
\n\n ? Understand drawings(2D/3D) of all disciplines (civil, electrical, plumbing, carpentry etc).\n
\n\n ? Identify design discrepancies and foresee execution risks.\n
\n\n ? Ensuring execution and design match at all times.\n
\n\n ? Validate drawings, BOQ & site.\n
\n\n ? Auditing the site work by doing regular site inspections as well as monitoring remotely.\n
\n\n ? Ensuring that all quality and timeline related requirements are met.\n
\n\n ? Single point of contact for customers during the project execution stage.\n
\n\n ? Effectively communicating with clients, designers and other stakeholders to resolve issues if any.\n
\n\n ? Updating of project trackers & summaries.\n
\n\n ? Keeping client satisfaction in mind and ensuring you meet their expectations in terms of\n
\n\n timeline and quality of work.\n

\n \n Requirements:\n \n
\n\n ? 3 years of minimum experience in the modular furniture and residential interiors industry.\n
\n\n ? The candidate must have good knowledge with regards to measurement standards and hardware standards in the modular furniture industry.\n
\n\n ? Proactive and capable of prioritizing work.\n
\n\n ? Extremely high level of ownership and learning aptitude.\n
\n\n ? Candidate must be proficient in English.\n
\n\n ? Candidate must have a two-wheeler and he must be comfortable in travelling on an\n
\n\n average 40 km per day.\n
