Position Summary:
Project Nexus was established by Visy in 2025 to create a Global Capability Centre (GCC)
in India to:
A dedicated project team has been mobilized in Melbourne, Australia to deliver a smooth
and efficient transition to the Visy India GCC. The project team is working closely with key
stakeholders across the business including India, to transition processes from local
onshore teams to the Visy India GCC throughout FY26 and beyond.
The Project Nexus Knowledge Capture Specialist will form a part of the Project Nexus
team and provide knowledge capture support focused on the creation of transition
documentation, ensuring the effective transfer of process knowledge through process
maps and desktop procedures. Key responsibilities will include working with transition
managers to plan and prepare knowledge capture activities, driving knowledge capture
activities, supervise the process mapping and procedure documentation process
completion identify any gaps in processes and work with transition managers to resolve
and provide input into Stage Gates process during transition.
Based in the India GCC, the Knowledge Capture specialist will report directly to the Visy
India Senior Transition Manager and work closely with the broader Nexus project team to
ensure seamless coordination and delivery.
