They are responsible for assembling project teams, assigning individual responsibilities, identifying appropriate resources needed, and developing schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.</p><p><strong>How You'll Create Impact</strong></p><ul><li>Gathers and compiles project information</li><li>Coordinates the activities of one or more projects, work streams, or functional areas with all levels of necessary stakeholders</li><li>Responsible for results in terms of costs, methods, and outcomes</li><li>Resolves issues and ensures task completion by establishing priorities and reaching compromise with team members and functional managers</li><li>Interprets and executes existing policies and procedures that affect management</li><li>Recommend new or modified procedures and processes</li><li>Participates in determining objectives of assignments</li><li>Analyzes gathered data for decision making in conjunction with other project leaders</li><li>Reports on project progress in accordance with the audience</li><li>Manage day-to-day project activities for the GCC team</li><li>Log new incoming requests (Labeling &amp; Packaging-related)</li><li>Coordinate prioritization with stakeholders &amp; allocate requests into appropriate sprint cycles</li><li>Lead Sprint planning and Scrum calls and assign tasks to resources and track delivery timelines</li><li>Oversee Label updates, Packaging support projects, Electronic/destination labeling publishing</li><li>This role is operationally focused on Agile-based project execution within a regulated product environment</li></ul><p><strong>What Makes You Stand Out</strong></p><ul><li>Broad understanding of the principles, concepts, practices, and standards in the development process for orthopedic medical devices</li><li>Broad knowledge of new product development methodologies and tools</li><li>Must possess an established track record of sound cross-functional actions and decisions impacting the business process and company results.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively (both oral and written) in a clear and concise manner.</li><li>Able to clearly present information through the spoken work; influence or persuade others through oral presentations in positive and negative circumstances.</li><li>Able to take action in solving problems and making decisions while exhibiting judgment and a realistic understanding of issues, able to use reason, even when dealing with emotional topics</li><li>Ability to establish relationships quickly with a broad range of constituents.
