You will lead a team of specialists, ensuring the delivery of exceptional programmatic solutions.</p><p> <br/></p><p> <strong>  Responsibilities: </strong></p><ul> <li>  Lead a team of programmatic specialists, providing guidance and mentorship. </li> <li>  Develop and execute client-centric programmatic strategies, focusing on achieving KPIs and driving business growth. </li> <li>  Own client communication and relationship management, ensuring clear and consistent updates. </li> <li>  Proactively identify and pursue account growth opportunities in partnership with Account Directors. </li> <li>  Leverage expertise in DV360 and other DSPs to optimize campaigns and deliver exceptional results. </li> <li>  Utilize MMPs and analytics platforms to provide data-driven insights and recommendations. </li> <li>  Collaborate with Client Services and other channel teams to ensure seamless campaign execution. </li> <li>  Analyse campaign performance data to identify trends and optimize strategies. </li> <li>  Ensure adherence to best practices and maintain high standards of quality. </li> <li>  Experience on Media Planning and Programmatic deals is must. </li></ul><p> <br/></p><p> <strong>  Qualifications: </strong></p><ul> <li>  9 to 12 years of experience in programmatic campaign management. </li> <li>  Proven experience managing and leading a team. </li> <li>  Expert-level knowledge of DV360 and experience with other DSPs. </li> <li>  Strong experience with MMPs and analytics tools. </li> <li>  Excellent client management and communication skills. </li> <li>  Proven ability to develop and execute strategic programmatic plans. </li> <li>  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. </li> <li>  Strong Excel and PPT skills. </li> <li>  <strong>   Innovation &amp;
