strategy</strong>.</li></ul><p><strong>AI & Industry Trends</strong></p><ul><li>Keep the platform aligned with <strong>global market trends</strong> in AIOps and observability by performing and presenting required analysis</li><li>Incorporate <strong>AI/ML-driven capabilities</strong> such as: </li><li>Intelligent event correlation</li><li>Root cause analysis</li><li>Predictive alerts</li><li>Autonomous remediation</li><li>Analyze competitor products (e.g. <strong>DRYiCE</strong>, <strong>BigPanda, Moogsoft, ServiceNow Event Management</strong>, etc.) and recommend improvements to stay competitive.</li></ul><p><strong>Stakeholder & Requirement Management</strong></p><ul><li>Lead <strong>requirement gathering</strong> with IT operations teams, business stakeholders, leadership, and customers.</li><li>Translate business needs into <strong>clear product requirements and user stories</strong>.</li><li>Act as the primary <strong>point of contact</strong> between business, engineering, QA, automation, and leadership teams.</li><li>Manage priorities and expectations across multiple stakeholders.</li></ul><p><strong>People & Delivery Management</strong></p><ul><li>Provide functional guidance to product analysts and support team members.</li><li>Participate in Agile ceremonies including <strong>sprint planning, backlog refinement, Operations and Incident Management</li><li>Monitoring/observability tools and event management platforms</li><li>ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy etc)</li><li>Automation and orchestration tools
