THE POSITION:
The Process Improvement Coach is responsible for embedding structured improvement methodologies across Arch GSI's operational initiatives — ensuring that projects are planned rigorously, executed consistently, and deliver measurable outcomes that matter to the business. Reporting directly to the Service Delivery Head, GSI, this role sits within the Process Excellence function and operates across multiple lines of business, giving the right candidate genuine visibility into how improvement work is governed at an organisational level. The Process Improvement Coach is not a background support function this individual is an active participant in project execution, working alongside project leads, business teams, and leadership to raise the standard of how improvement work is done across GSI. For a mid-level professional looking to build a serious career in Process Excellence and Lean Six Sigma, this role offers structured exposure, senior leadership access, and a direct pathway to Master Black Belt and beyond.
