Position Overview

Autodesk is undertaking a bold transformation to build an AI-first application platform that delivers a seamless, unified experience—fundamentally reshaping how users and internal teams operate within an agent-driven workspace. This platform will serve as the foundation for the next generation of design-and-make software. We are looking for a skilled Principal Software Engineer – Agentic AI to architect, build, and deploy advanced AI agents capable of autonomous reasoning, decision-making, and self-directed execution. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in modern AI architectures, reinforcement learning, and multi-agent systems, along with a strong commitment to the responsible and ethical deployment of agentic AI.
