Senior Staff Application Security Architect
Role Summary:
The Senior Application Security Architect is a strategic and hands-on technical leadership role responsible for designing, evangelizing, and governing security architecture and application security across the enterprise. This role will join our Zero Trust Program spanning cloud, edge, platform, and application ecosystems.
The architect will define enterprise-wide security standards, patterns, processes, and reference architectures for application security, container security, Model Context Protocol (MCP) security, API security, and software security. So, ensuring resilience across digital commerce, supply chain, store systems, and corporate platforms. This role will frequently consult with internal teams to determine security requirements and evaluate potential technical risks for applications being designed or deployed. Additionally, the role will pioneer security principles and guardrails for AI-enabled development tools, autonomous agents, and machine-assisted coding environments.
This position requires deep technical expertise, strong architectural rigor, and the ability to influence engineering, platform, and product teams at scale.
