\n Role Objective\n
\n\n To lead the pricing function for complex deals across domestic and international markets by developing competitive, commercially robust, and risk-mitigated pricing solutions that support business growth while protecting margins.\n
\n\n Key Responsibilities\n
\n\n 1. Deal Pricing & Commercial Structuring\n
\n\n · Lead end-to-end pricing for RFPs, proactive bids, and client renewals\n
\n\n · Develop pricing models across FTE, transaction-based, hybrid, and outcome-based constructs\n
\n\n · Structure commercial solutions including productivity commitments, transformation-led savings, and gain-share models\n
\n\n
\n
\n 2. Financial Modelling & Analysis\n
\n\n · Build detailed cost models and conduct scenario modelling, sensitivity analysis, and what-if simulations\n
\n\n · Validate assumptions and ensure accuracy and consistency of all financial inputs\n
\n\n
\n
\n 3. Commercial Governance & Risk Management\n
\n\n · Identify and mitigate pricing risks and ensure adherence to pricing guidelines, approval frameworks, and margin thresholds\n
\n\n · Highlight deviations, exceptions, and commercial risks to leadership and support contract reviews\n
\n\n
\n
\n 4. Stakeholder Management\n
\n\n · Collaborate closely with Sales, Solutions, Finance, Operations, Technology and Transition teams\n
\n\n · Support deal shaping discussions and provide commercial insights\n
\n\n · Act as a key partner to Business Development in client negotiations\n
\n\n

\n 5. Process Improvement & Standardization\n
\n\n · Drive standardization of pricing templates, tools, and methodologies\n
\n\n · Improve pricing turnaround time and efficiency\n
\n\n · Support digitization and automation of pricing processes\n
\n\n

\n 6. Reporting & Insights\n
\n\n · Track pricing metrics such as deal pipeline, margins, win rates, and turnaround times and provide insights to leadership on trends, risks, and opportunities\n
\n\n · Support development of MIS dashboards and reporting frameworks\n

\n Educational Qualification\n
\n\n · MBA / CA / CFA / equivalent (preferred)\n
\n\n · Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field\n

\n\n · 6–10 years of experience in pricing / commercial / finance roles\n
\n\n · Experience in BPO / ITES / outsourcing industry preferred\n
\n\n · Exposure to international deals and complex commercial models\n
\n\n
