Customer Satisfaction of Schneider Electric worldwide Single-phase Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) products. </span></p><p> <strong>  <span>  </span> </strong></p><p> <strong>  <span>   Mission: Project Quality Leader  </span> </strong></p><ul> <li>  <span>   Experience in New Product development processes and hands-on knowledge on PMP lifecycle  </span> </li> <li>  <span>   Ensuring that the 'Voice of the Customer' is well collected, analyzed, ranked and taken into account across the project lifecycle.  </span> </li> <li>  <span>   Set the Project Quality Goals, based on the project requirements.  </span> </li> <li>  <span>   Translate the quality objectives listed in the requirements into quality commitments to be met in the project &amp; validate consistency of project quality plans.  </span> </li> <li>  <span>   Tracking and reporting of Project Quality goals &amp; metrics, highlight the risks or gaps to the project to the stakeholders.  </span> </li> <li>  <span>   Facilitate Project Quality reviews with support from Project manager.  </span> </li> <li>  <span>   Co-pilot the project with Project Manager for project success, with right product quality and customer satisfaction.  </span> </li> <li>  <span>   Follow the progress of Quality Plan with the respective functions.  </span> </li> <li>  <span>   Challenge the functions on the Quality of their decision files.  </span> </li> <li>  <span>   Ensure Quality checks are in place (in terms of documentation, Design and test Methodology)  </span> </li> <li>  <span>   Ensure the Change Control Board is effectively managed and the outcome is effectively communicated to the Key stake holders  </span> </li> <li>  <span>   Ensure that the DFMEA points identified during the early phase of the project are deployed in Product and in technical publication.  </span> </li> <li>  <span>   Perform Project Requirements Management, Feasibility Study and Functional Testing.  </span> </li> <li>  <span>   Formulate a 'GO / No-GO' opinion based on the Quality risks at each Project step.  </span> </li> <li>  <span>   Conduct Peer reviews on deliverables of each project stage gate  </span> </li> <li>  <span>   Ensures that the Offer quality is built-in to reach the satisfaction of the future customers.  </span> </li> <li>  <span>   Review of the Verification &amp; Validation test plan for projects  </span> </li> <li>  <span>   Drive Offer Safety requirements on projects &amp; ensure compliance.  </span> </li></ul><ul> <li>  <span>   Strong experience/skills in Design for Reliability, 8D problem solving, APQP, Ishikawa, FMEA, FTA  </span> </li> <li>  <span>   Working knowledge on Six Sigma tools &amp;
