\n \n Core Expertise & Experience\n \n
\n\n ? 3–5 years of experience in motion graphics, animation, video editing, and video shoots (including AI/CGI content)\n
\n\n ? Strong foundation in motion design principles, visual storytelling, and design aesthetics (typography, composition, detail)\n
\n\n ? Ability to translate briefs into high-impact, platform-native creative concepts\n
\n\n ? Proven expertise in end-to-end video production: shooting, editing, pacing, transitions, sound design, color grading, and subtitling\n
\n\n ? Experience across formats: UGC, promotional films, explainer videos, and performance-driven creatives\n
\n\n ? Deep understanding of digital platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, web) and short-form content trends\n
\n\n ? Skilled in creating high-converting ad creatives with knowledge of key metrics (hook rate, watch time, CTR, conversions)\n
\n\n ? Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to iterate based on feedback and performance data\n
\n\n
\n
\n \n Technical Proficiency\n \n
\n\n ? Advanced expertise in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Blender, KeyShot and Cinema 4D\n
\n\n ? Working proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator\n
\n\n ? Strong understanding of end-to-end storytelling, storyboarding, video production and post-production workflows\n
\n\n ? Hands-on experience with AI video and editing tools, including AI avatars and UGC platforms\n
\n\n ? Familiarity with generative image tools (Midjourney, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion) for video workflows ? Experience with AI-driven audio and voice tools\n
\n\n ? Strong grasp of prompt engineering for text-to-video, visual consistency, and style control\n
\n\n ? Ability to blend AI-generated and traditional workflows to deliver premium, brand-aligned output\n

\n \n Key Responsibilities\n \n
\n\n ? Design and deliver motion graphics and short-form video content across digital channels\n
\n\n ? Develop animated creatives for campaigns, landing pages, and content marketing initiatives\n
\n\n ? Edit and optimize video assets, including UGC and branded content\n
\n\n ? Repurpose long-form content into multiple high-performing short-form assets\n
\n\n ? Create motion-based marketing collateral for campaigns and digital events\n
\n\n ? Support shoot edits, and campaigns\n
\n\n ? Ensure visual consistency, brand integrity, and quality across all deliverables\n
\n\n ? Collaborate closely with the marketing team and leadership to execute campaigns end-to-end\n
