You will play a key role in helping deliver on-time closings while maintaining strong quality and control standards.</p><h2>&nbsp;</h2><h2><strong>You Will Get To:</strong></h2><ul><li>Prepare closing documents in the Loan Origination System and ensure all required documentation is complete, accurate, and ready for closing.</li><li>Verify the accuracy of the final <strong>Closing Disclosure</strong> and confirm compliance with applicable federal, state, and investor requirements.</li><li>Ensure <strong>Encompass</strong> records are current, complete, and accurately reflect final loan terms and conditions.</li><li>Review and use compliance system reports to validate that loan data and closing documentation meet required standards.</li><li>Prepare closing worksheets and confirm all key figures, fees, and loan terms are aligned across documents.</li><li>Partner with Underwriters, Loan Originators, Title companies, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and support a successful closing.</li><li>Coordinate closing timelines and help ensure all parties are aligned to meet funding and closing deadlines.</li><li>Review loan files for completeness and identify missing items, discrepancies, or issues requiring escalation.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality and privacy of customer and employee information at all times.</li><li>Support additional projects, audits, and operational tasks as assigned.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><h2><strong>Who you are:</strong></h2><ul><li>Have <strong>1–3 years</strong> of prior experience in <strong>mortgage loan closing</strong>, settlement, or a closely related mortgage operations function.</li><li>Experienced working with multiple loan types, including <strong>Conventional, FHA, USDA, and VA</strong>.</li><li>Familiar with <strong>Loan Origination Systems (LOS)</strong>, with <strong>Encompass</strong> experience strongly preferred.</li><li>Comfortable working in paperless mortgage file environments and navigating multiple systems and workflows.</li><li>Detail-oriented, organized, and able to identify errors or inconsistencies before they impact closing.</li><li>Strong written, verbal, and analytical communicator with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.</li><li>Able to manage multiple loans, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced production environment.</li><li>Comfortable adapting to changing timelines and business needs while maintaining a high standard of quality.</li><li>Strong problem solver with a customer-first mindset and a commitment to operational excellence.</li><li>Proficient with <strong>Microsoft Office</strong> and other standard business tools.</li></ul><h2>&nbsp;</h2><h2><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></h2><ul><li>Experience preparing and reviewing <strong>Closing Disclosures</strong>, settlement documents, and final closing packages.</li><li>Working knowledge of mortgage closings.</li><li>Familiarity with post-closing issue resolution, audit support, or funding-related documentation review.</li><li>Experience supporting high-volume U.S. mortgage operations from an offshore or global delivery environment.</li></ul><h2><strong>Working Arrangement:</strong></h2><ul><li><strong>Onsite</strong>: This role is based in <strong>Bangalore</strong>, and all work-related activities are expected to be completed in Bangalore.</li><li>The role requires <strong>onsite work 4 days per week</strong>, with <strong>1 remote working day per week</strong>.</li><li>The shift is
