This role plays a key part in delivering secure, timely, and compliant mortgage disclosures while maintaining detailed documentation within the Loan Origination System (LOS).</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s Loan Origination System (LOS)</li><li>Review and ensure accuracy and data integrity for the issuance of the Closing Disclosure and Loan Estimate</li><li>Reconcile post-funding revisions to ensure customers receive an exact record of their mortgage transaction</li><li>Maintain accurate records of communications and actions related to the disclosure process within the loan file conversation log</li><li>Maintain service levels and adhere to regulatory timelines for completion and delivery of disclosures, verified through LOS tracking systems</li><li>Deliver mortgage loan disclosures in a secure and accurate manner</li><li>Maintain confidentiality and privacy of customer and employee information</li><li>Work overtime as needed to support business and regulatory timelines</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>This role has been categorized as an Office position. “Office” employees regularly work at the India office for approximately 80 to 100 percent of their time each month.
